Join me in my studio for two 3hr beginner sewing sessions. We start with the basics so this workshop is suitable for complete beginners. Learn to sew in a fun relaxed environment with a small friendly group.
During the first session we will become familiar with using a sewing machine, including loading the bobbin and threading the machine, along with practicing sewing basic stitches. We finish up this session making a lined draw string bag from a simple pattern which is yours to take home should you wish to create more bags!
In the second session, we further develop the skills learned during the first session to make a lined tote bag from a more detailed pattern which is again yours to keep at the end of the session should you wish to make more at home.
At the end of the session there is the option to book on to the next two sessions where we look at zips and button holes!
